Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or new product launches), order processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $17 flat rat

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 ship free within [country/region].

We currently ship to Canada.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 410 Main, Esterhazy Sk. After placing your order, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@prairiegirlthelabel.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
