Due to the nature of the product, all jewelry, mug & hat sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges can be made on all unworn and tags on clothing for 14 days from purchase.

*Exceptions to this rule are Final sale products.

• Please be aware that returning items will be at the cost of the consumer, Prairiegirl the Label does not cover the shipping expense.
  
• When we receive the product, the product value will be refunded to the card used at purchase time
