When will I receive my order?

Orders generally take 3-5 business days to fulfill. If you've selected expedited shipping you will receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. This tracking number will be emailed to you with a link provided.

What are my shipping options?

For guaranteed delivery & tracking numbers you must select regular, expedited or priority shipping. 
In an attempt to make shipping options as affordable as possible LETTERMAIL shipping is available on UP TO two key rings. Use discount code LETTERMAIL at checkout. If this code is used for anything other then two key rings the order will be delayed as I'll have to contact to collect funds for proper shipping rates. Please note this is not a guaranteed service, meaning there's no insurance if your package does not arrive. 

Do you have a local pick up option?

Local pick up is available in Esterhazy, SK. Due to the fact that I live out of town arrangements will need to be made, please ensure you leave a mobile phone number or email for contact. Better yet, leave instructions in the note to seller at checkout.

Generally orders are available at the pick up location 24 hrs after you've received a shipment notification.

I need an exchange, what do I do?

No problem, we take exchanges on unworn product within 30 days. Fill out the contact us page! Products will need to be shipped back and arrangements for the cost of shipping the new product will be made.

If you can arrange a local exchange, perfect! Just be sure to contact us in the same form as stated above.

Do you take returns?

You bet! Returns on unworn, unused, tag on products will be accepted within 14 days.*

All jewelry, mug, hats, under garments and bathing suits are a final sale.

Please fill out the request a refund & ship the product back to us! Refunds will be made once the product is received.

This item is a gift, can they exchange?

Of course! special exceptions are usually stated around Christmas. Please just leave a note to seller at checkout that this is a gift.

I've made a mistake in my order or I'd like to cancel my order.

Again, we're all human, no problem. Please make sure you've emailed us within 60 minutes of the order to ensure no penalty. If you notice an error after the time limit, please still reach out to us, we will do our best to accommodate you.
